mLab ECA - a regional lab for mobile technology entrepreneurs, application developers, and innovators in Eastern Europe and Central Asia was inaugurated today by Armenia’s business and government leaders, and representatives of the World Bank’s infoDev, the Government of Finland and Nokia.
